Many organizations have a variety of data sources in various file formats. The data that you choose to convert should be relevant, preferably with valid, up-to-date addresses. Often you may have one spreadsheet that you use for mailings, and another that you may use to track donation history. We will work with you to document which data should be used for conversion and will also help you remove duplicates before the new system is installed.
