In theory, the total number of records would be approximately 1.5 million constituent records.  Total Info has been tested to work with hundreds of thousands of records. However, performance with that many records is heavily dependant upon the processing speed, memory and hard disk of the computer or computers running the software.  Most of Total Info’s users have fewer than 75,000 records and are running the software with typical computer hardware with no performance issues.
