Total Info is solely owned by its Founder and President, Charlie Frankel.  Charlie has no intention of ever selling the business and plans to grow the business into a major software company serving a wide range of small businesses.  We are about to launch a new line of products – stay tuned for more information about that.  With our low cost structure and ever increasing sales volume, it is highly unlikely that the company will go out of business. You are protected however, in this unlikely scenario, by the fact that Easy-Ware has copies of Total Info’s source code held in escrow for our customers to use and modify (but not sell) should the company ever cease operations.
