No.  Total Info utilizes its own built-in Word Processor that is easier to use, saves memory and doesn’t require advanced training to create documents.  Another benefit is that copies of all printed letters are stored in the system for quick review and/or reprinting and the system automatically creates a contact record for each letter printed.
