Training is not required, but it is recommended.  The software is designed to be used free of manuals, and will include integrated help and tutorials in the near future.  The decision about training and how much depends on the number of users and their level of comfort with software and solutions for nonprofit organizations.  We recommend that Primary Users of Total Info participate in some amount of training.  Training can be as short as one hour or as long as eight hours.  Typically, our customers received between 4 and 6 hours of training.
