A minimum of 2 hours of paid Training is required.  The decision about how much total training to purchase depends on the number of users and their level of comfort with software and solutions for nonprofit organizations.  We recommend that all users watch several of our free training videos which can be downloaded from our website.  Typically, our customers pay for between 3 and 8 hours of training.
