Easy-Ware introduces advanced dynamic reporting tools for Total Info. Total Info now contains two new powerful custom report types: Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts. Pivot reports are interactive tables or charts that make it possible for you to move information around, so that you can see how it fits together. Pivot reports help you to organize and compare data so that you can see patterns, trends, and relationships. And it takes only seconds to pivot the rows and columns of data from one view to another. Pivot Charts allow users to create a wide range of chart solutions including bar, column, pie, x-y, bubble and spider charts - and optionally in 3D. Like all Total Info reports, they can be scheduled for printing at a later date and time and only take a few seconds to create. Click here to see a few sample images.

Easy-Ware announces the launch of a new consumer software products group. While its business software group produces cost-effective constituent management solutions for nonprofit organizations, its consumer software products group produces the Simply Manny Series of products, a product line of cost-effective, efficient and stylized programs for personal use. The Simply Manny series includes Manny's Simple Finance Program, Manny's Simple Notecard Program and Manny's Simple Music Machine (an mp3 player). The Finance program is well-suited for households and individuals (including teenagers and young adults) needing a solid program to help them keep track of where their money goes. Advanced Volunteer Management Features now available! Agencies that track volunteers need to know which volunteers are available for which jobs and projects - Total Info is the perfect tool for managing this information. Not only can you easily find which volunteers are available for your project but you can then e-mail them or send them a letter with the project details. Total Info’s built-in word processor and e-mail features allow you to easily stay in touch with existing and potential volunteers.

Total Info now includes personalized group e-mailing features. Easy Ware has bundled a powerful e-mail utility into Total Info's already extensive list of constituent communication tools. Like other Total Info features, this feature is included at no additional charge. Users can now e-mail individuals HTML or personalized Rich Text messages based on any criteria and track the emails in the already robust contact management area of the database. By tracking who received which email, you can now analyze the effectiveness of solicitation and event promotion emails.

Easy-Ware launches new Constituent Network View: Easily view, interact with and report on your constituents’ many relationships within your database. Total Info now allows you to analyze a person's giving, interactions and relationships and presents them to you in one dynamic form. This powerful new enhancement gives fundraising and community leaders a new tool to see the impact and value of a given individual involved in your organization. Easy-Ware Corporation is pleased to announce that the New Hampshire Main Street Center has agreed to purchase and standardize on Easy-Ware's Total Info software for all of their nineteen individual Main Street Communities across the state of New Hampshire.
