Our Total Info software has one of the lowest lifetime costs of any software sold to the Nonprofit community. Why Pay More For Less?

Total Info for Nonprofit Organizations (Unlimited Records, All Features):

The Total Info software solution is currently sold for one low price for unlimited users, unlimited records and all functionality. There are no optional modules or optional features which are purchased for additional fees. And this is a one-time license fee. In future years, you do not need to pay us any additional fees for the software — only for annual support and possibly for data conversion or training.

Any one of these prices gets you 100% of the functionality. You can easily turn off the features that you don't need or are not interested in. It has been suggested to us that our software is priced far below the value it provides our customers. Please know that as we continue to add new features and functions, we will continue to increase our software pricing to be more in line with the value that we provide. Because of our continual, regular price increases, quoted prices are only valid for 30 days from publication.

Free Upgrades

Also, please know that upgrades/updates are included in your annual maintenance fees. Updates are issued regularly and can be downloaded from the Easy-Ware website.

With the amount of time and money you save with Total Info, you can spend more time and money on saving the world or whatever it is that you do!

If you are currently using one of the more expensive products on the market today, you will find that you can replace your program with Total Info for about what you spend in a year for their annual maintenance fees. And that even includes having Easy-Ware convert your data for you.

Training

We charge $75 per hour of training and we recommend two or three two-hour training sessions, depending on your knowledge of Windows and comfort level with computers and databases in general. Training can be carried out online or in person and there are no additional fees for group training. If training is carried out onsite, the customer is responsible for our travel expenses.

Annual Support

Easy-Ware takes pride in the unusually high levels of customer support that we provide for our clients.  We offer a very affordable support solution for your business.  You only need to pay us $20 per Primary User* per month - paid annually.  We also include 90 days of free support with your first year's support plan.  Support includes unlimited toll-free phone call or e-mail support as well as our support forum via our website. Customer calls are almost always answered live by one of our technicians and, should you leave a message, all calls will be returned no later than 4 hours after we have received your message.

We also provide a wide range of free Training Videos, Written Documentation, In-Program Help and Free Upgrades. Support is available during normal business hours seven days a week and can be reached by calling (866) 379-5813 or by sending an email to support@easy-ware.com.

* What do you mean by a Primary User and how to count Primary Users within our office?

We sell our software in an unlimited user configuration that allows you to create a user record for each person who works with our software. We want you to create a user record for each user because this helps you keep track of who entered or modified every piece of information in the system. We understand that some users in each office will use the system more than others. For example, a volunteer may only touch the system once a week while the Assistant Development Director might use the software all day long, every day of the week. We charge our customers for support for only those regular users (Primary Users) and not the volunteers or occasional users. If your organization grows, there may come a time when we increase the number of Primary Users and therefore increase your annual maintenance agreement cost. Note: we will never increase our annual support rate per primary user per month (as defined in your original invoice and Purchase Agreement), but possibly, if you hire more Primary Users, we may charge you for having more Primary Users of the software.

Data Conversion

Simple name and transaction data can be imported using Total Info's import routines. For more complicated data conversion requirements, we offer a complete data conversion service for $60 per hour. We have successfully converted data from a wide range of systems including competitors' systems, Act, Excel, Access, FileMaker, FoxPro and proprietary systems.
