As Development Director for Family Matters, the source of my greatest frustration was our database that a previous director had chosen. After the decision was made to switch, I viewed several of the major fundraising software packages. Most of them were out of our price range and failed to offer the user-friendly interface I was searching for. After seeing an advertisement in the Chronicle of Philanthropy, I called Easy-Ware. From my very first phone call, I was treated with the utmost respect and understanding. As I like to say, I fell in love at first sight with the software. When they shared the tremendously low cost with me, I thought it had to be an error or was a fee for just one year. It meets all of our needs and exceeds my expectations in terms of its interface. I have interacted with each member of the Easy-Ware staff and cannot sing their praises enough. They are always available to help and go out of their way to make sure you get what you need. You won't find this kind of customer service with any of the other packages!

As the executive director of a private school, I was looking for software that could handle the large number of fundraising programs and events that we have. I was also working on a small budget and could not afford to spend a fortune. After spending about 6 months researching different fundraising software, I finally decided on Total Info.
I have been using Total Info for about 8 months now and I absolutely love it. From our day to day donations to complicated events, from auctions and raffles to donor and prospect management, I don’t think that there is anything that a non profit could need that is not included in this software! And if you find something, don’t worry Charlie and gang will add it for you!!
The technical support is absolutely amazing. I probably call them more than any of their other clients and they are always happy to speak to me. I have never had a question that they couldn’t answer and every suggestion I have ever had has been added to the software. How many tech support teams do you know of where you know everyone by their first names and they know yours? How many companies know and understand your unique needs as soon as they pick up the phone? The guys at Total Info do.
In short, choosing Total Info was definitely the right decision and it has helped our school tremendously. Thank you Total Info!

Dear Charlie,
Last fall my Board of Directors gave me the task of researching new donor care software for my organization. The sky’s the limit, don’t use cost to direct the decision, get the best that is out there. With this directive in tow I ventured out on the web to research what software was available to the non-profit world.
I had my short list, the usual suspects, Raisers Edge and Donor Perfect, and I added some others I found recommended on a philanthropy message forum. On a Friday I had a wonderful demonstration with Raisers Edge and I was excited about all of the great things the software could do. On Monday I had my demonstration with Easy Wares Total Info. I had absolutely no expectations as I was so thrown off by the lower cost of the software I was sure it couldn’t out do the demo I just saw three days prior. Boy was I wrong! Once the quote came back from my first demonstration at $39,000 for only 2 user licenses when I had 5 staff, I knew which direction I would go, Easy Ware’s Total Info.
I have had Total Info up and running since January and I still smile about the $37,000 saved by going with Easy Ware. $37,000 would provide water to an entire village in Tanzania and I see it as my job to make sure that every dollar spent is being spent to generate more funds for our projects in East Africa. This software has made the daily processes in my office more efficient and even with our 20% growth projection for this upcoming fiscal year, I didn’t have to increase staffing. I can’t wait until I have maximized all of the features Total Info offers.

Good day. Hope all is well. First wow! What a great and powerful software program. I’ve been “playing” with some simple donor samples and am very aware that I have only dipped my toe into its capabilities. I’m still tripping over some things (to keep the metaphor) but having worked with a number of donor databases, I am truly delighted.
Things are progressing as I’m getting used to the system and “designing” letters to send, etc. Total Info is just a great piece of work!

Thanks for getting those documents out to me so quickly. I really do appreciate it, and I know my boss will be very happy to see them first thing in the morning.
As for the data conversion, I truly do understand the need for the hours quoted, and do have to agree that your price is very reasonable and affordable. I was just a bit surprised because I had evidently mis-read something earlier, and it took me a bit to make my brain adjust. We are reviewing our hardware estimates now, and I believe we are still on track!
I want to thank you, Ross, and Ryan once again for all the time you have taken with us, and for being so patient with all our questions. The software is impressive on its own, but the level of service and professionalism you provide is, in today's society, even more impressive.

You did WOW me with your demo-presentation last night. My mind is swimming with possibilities. Have you considered taping one of your training sessions? I know I would have loved to show it to the other two people who were not able to attend the demo. I thought about a CD/VCR tape of a demo all the way home, how it would really help me, and might lessen the "help-calls" to you.
I tried to keep my thoughts of our needs to one page. Hope it helps. I particularly loved your contacts and the network relationships. This type of data has proven invaluable to me to stay connected to my contacts/donors/volunteers. Like old saying... they don't care how much you know, they want to know how much you care. I've tried keeping this info in a variety of ways (in notes section of contact info on outlook) which has proven far from efficient. I'm excited how the network of linking info to that contact works. That feature is fabulous!
We are looking at logistics here, and hopefully we will be chatting next week. Thanks again for your time. It's obvious you were in the world of non-profits, you have a keen understanding of what is needed and how the data needs to link together and why. And,I feel you are head-and-shoulders above the other "consultants" who only understand programming, not application. I'm impressed with the power of your product and your obvious desire to help non-profits.

It has been several months now since VOR enlisted your support to upgrade our member and donor management system. A letter of gratitude and recommendation is long overdue.
As with so many in the nonprofit field, we found ourselves "technically challenged." VOR was working with a complicated database that did not do all we needed it to do.
